My boyfriend and I stayed at these cabins on our way back from the Grand Canyon. The owner, Shelly, was super sweet and super accommodating after we had some car trouble and were arriving a little later than expected.nnUpon arrival we were super happy with the cabins! They were very cozy and clean, they provided coffee/high quality teas and were stocked with pretty much anything you would need. We only stayed for one night but if we ever find ourselves in Alpine again this would be our top pick. Great prices and friendly atmosphere.

Great little cabin efficiency. Plenty of hot water with the on demand system. Beds were good, and had a great little gas stove with fire like charm for heat which gave the place that cabin feel. Stay here you would be glad you did. Right in the center of the town of Alpine within walking distance of the restaurants and bars.

These cute little cabins are perfect for our mountain getaway needs. They are cozy and equipped with a full bathroom and kitchenette. The owner, Shelley, was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be returning this summer!

Escudilla Mountain Cabins was the place to stay in Alpine a few years ago.nGreg builds some very high quality cabins, and these were of that grade.nWe stayed many times with them, and were greatly pleased after each visit.nHowever in the last two years, we have left many messages for rental with no response back?nRecently, we were able to get ahold of Shelly after 500 pm, she took our card number and agreed we would show up on the rental date on a Sunday.nWell, we showed up on that Sunday, no answer at the front door.nWe tracked down the maid, she asked if we had reservations, we said yes, however we are not on the roster! Really?nThese folks seem to have lost any priority with doing a good business, we will never be staying here again as long as operated this way.nRegards,nCharley Johnston
