First, Jessica greeted us by name as we walked through the door, helped us get everything we needed to be comfortable in our room, and went above and beyond to make each person in our group feel welcome. Second, the hotel is new and beautiful. I would highly recommend it. Great price, central location, and clean!
Hotel shower needed water pressure fixed and temperature increases from like warm during stay. Weekend crowd consists of a lot of teenagers due to price and location close to a mall. Rooms by freeway are noisy. Linen service had to be requested 2 times before accomplished. Credit card had an authorized charges. Front desk computer was down 3 times.
Great Hotel, very clean and classy. Jessica was very nice and kind, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, made great recommendations for activities during my free/down town. If I'm ever back in Utah I'll be returning to this hotel!
Impressive hotel room and I love all the cleanliness, organizing and coziness. When I had trouble with the cart to carry my bags, management staff immediately helped replacing it with cart that can move smoothly and the staff behind desk is very helpful and friendly.
