Nambe Drugs Los Alamos

I've been using Nambe Drugs for years now without complaint. Lately my experience with them has been not so good. I don't know if they have changed management. They recently lost my prescriptions that I called in for refill, were not ready for pickup twice in a row. Took 5 days to refill. Unable to pick up own RX's due to broken leg so sent a friend which they were very rude to. Not the same Nambe!

Staff was very helpful and patient as I needed a compounded prescription made specifically for me. Good to see that there is still a small town pharmacy that knows not only what they are talking about, but also their clientele and their needs. I would highly recommend getting to know your pharmacist as I have, so they can advise you on your specific needs.

I always enjoy working with the Staff at Nambe. They are professional and kind. If they don’t have something in stock, they make sure to get it ordered right away and keep me updated on the status. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pharmacy!

My cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I had the displeasure of having to pick up her insulin here. I called ahead of time to check if the prescription was ready. I was hung up on THREE times before I finally got someone to tell me if it was ready or not. And the first woman who answered was quite rude. I would love to support local, but not if this is the service I'll be receiving.
