Hands down best pharmacy for disabled/chronically ill ppl in Santa Fe. Immediately talk to a real person when you call, no automation. Small store, small parking lot. No lines ever. They can make compounds. Delivery is available. Highly recommend

The Employees/Pharmacy are real friendly and the services are Great. The staff truly cares about you and will go the extra mile for you're care. We would recommend this great local pharmacy it to everybody and we do!!

They use to have great service until staff retired and new staffing of younger and non compassionate workers hired on. They ask few details when you call in prescriptions and when you make the trip downtown yours refills aren’t ready. Seems like they now cater to anglos constantly putting them to front of line. I knew that once they moved into downtown it would be that way putting others first instead of loyal clientele. I guess I expected better.

A very homely small local owned NM business with kind staff, excellent service, and high quality products.

The pharmacist and the staff are professional, welcoming, intelligent, and informative. They treat clients with respect and the staff doesn't seem stressed out like at other pharmacies. Never long waits either. They are a smaller pharmacy though so if you have an uncommon prescription know that it may take a couple days for it to be ready. Also it's nice because it is next to kaunes (great little grocery store with ready food), a coffee place, and a small gift/card shop so you can shop or eat if there is a wait. I have been using their services since they opened in Santa Fe and plan on continuing.
