Walgreens

The pharmacy is wildly slow. The drive-thru pharmacy is somehow even slower. I’ve been waiting at the drive-thru pharmacy for forty minutes now on a Tuesday afternoon. The line is not moving. This is some nonsense.

Friendly employees who are always willing to help customers find things or answer their questions. They also have a fairly good selection of many items and they carry not only medicines and healthcare products but everything from pet food, dog and cat, to stationary, writing paper, pens, markers, push pins, scotch tape, and more. They even sell some clothing items, like t-shirts for men and women, socks, sweaters, gloves; Very nice personal care section with shampoos, including the more expensive brands and the discount priced brands also. The Walgreens has a decent selection of body wash brands, toothbrushes and dental care, for the ladies out there This Walgreens carries what seems to be an above average selection of make-up, nail polish, lipsticks and this store also has a separate area for perfumes, colognes and such. The Walgreens in Taos also features a photo center to develop film and at the photo center customer's can order special items such as big posters, calenders etc. Also, the Walgreens here has a liquor section and greeting card sections. All around it's a nice and convenient store, they keep it clean and prices are reasonable, although only slightly higher than the bigger stores however you can shop and less waifing in line to pay. This being A Walgreens Drug Store they do have a full service Professional Pharmacy for locals and tourists who might need an emergency refill because they might have lost their prescription for example or run out of their medicines.

Go here for my prescriptions, because they Do have a drive through.nThere is always a line at pharmacy drive through & 4-5 employees behind counter.nnI went inside today due to car line.nNo customers in line but me, went to express pick up window.nEvery employee looked at me with out greeting me, two employees walked by window w/o greeting than the 3rd employee asked me if I needed help as he started to walk by..nI felt Lost!!.ud83eudd2f I had to check sign on window to make sure I was waiting at express pick up!nCustomer service needs some serious help

Pharmacy is slower than any other pharmacy I've ever been too. We waited a hour and a half in the drive through line.There was constantly a line as long as the area could fit and at least 10 cars left their place in line. The lady in front of us spent as much time as we did waiting in line and when she got to the window she waited for at least 15 minutes just to leave without dropping anything off or picking anything up. My girlfriend went inside to see what the hold up was and they had a line of 3 people. All of which they helped before even looking at the drive through window. Being that we are in the middle of a world wide pandemic drive through should be their priority. They shouldput care into having a speedy process.

Longest wait for anyone to even come to the drive through window. I seriously want to know what takes SO long for ONE prescription. Gave me a medication and told me it was something else and my infection got so bad I had to go to the ER. Never using them again.
