Large spaces and quiet place to relax. Great place for a night or a week...
Excellent park -- quiet, spacious, beautiful, shady and green. We have stayed at parks all over the Mountain West and this is the best we have ever found. We were planning on staying 1 night and ended up staying 5 nights. Checked out others, but returned here and used it as our base to explore the area. Great hosts, off the highway -- so quiet. Nice walks with your dog along the river. The sites are nicely spaced apart and the park abounds with large shade trees.
Not often will I give five stars but this park deserves all five! Clean , quiet, adults only, large shaded sites. Everyone is friendly and receptive thanks to the friendly, receptive attitude from the owners, Mark and Michelle. Looking forward to our next visit.

We had the pleasure of staying at the park for 10 months. Mark and Michelle are wonderful owners who go above and beyond for their guests. The park is well kept, and quiet. They have a very nice walking trail by the river which runs through the park with fishing right out your door. When the pandemic hit, they did everything in their power to keep things as normal as possible. Highly recommend making this park a destination if your traveling in southwest Colorado. Hope we get to do a return trip,
