Great little hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. The owners are super people with a very useful knowledge of the area. Great place to stop on your trip, or a nice place to stay while you enjoy all the beauty around you.
Clean, comfortable rooms. Great bed in our unit. Owners were super friendly, town was quaint and cute.
Perfect! Clean room! Gracious hosts. Very friendly, quiet little town with perfect access to the Gunnison Park and Black Canyon.
We really enjoyed our stay. We were hiking in the Black Canyon and the Hitching Post was a wonderful respite for our weary bodies. Sherrie, the owner, is very sweet and kind. The room was clean, had a mini fridge and microwave, just what we needed. The shower water pressure was amazing! We will stay here again on our next visit.
Sherry is the bee's knees. Excellent period.
