We just got back from Crawford and had a great time at the lodge. When we first got there I was a bit surprised by how Rustic it was. It’s straight out of the old west! By the time we left we got used to the rustic fell and our kids had a great time running around in the main room. The view is amazing and the host Wes made us feel right at home. If you’re okay with a Colorado log cabin feel then you’ll have a great time, if you need a nice looking place then the lodge is not for you.

Ahhhh, what an AMAZING experience. A secluded sanctuary set on the top of a hill, its rustic outdoors decor makes you feel like you stepped out of a time machine into a simpler era where you can be at one with the subtle silences of nature.nnOur room overlooked the lake, there are chairs on the porch so you can chill outside at night in the cool, crisp mountain air and listen to the sound of earth.nnThe room had basic hotel amenities, such as outlets for your cell phone, a sink and mirror, and a bathroom. There were other guests in the lodge, but we couldn't even hear them.nnYou are sure to find peace of mind and seclusion at the Last Frontier Lodge.

Wonderfully comfortable rustic lodge to get away to. Serene yet breathtaking views. Great for a group gathering or as an intimate respite. Simple and rustic yet all the amenities including a fun, knowledgable, personable host.

I just returned from a one night stay at the Last Frontier Lodge in Crawford, CO. What can I say? It's an exceptional value, very clean, with fantastic beds, and exceptional service. Wes, my host, was incredibly flexible with my arrival time (1:00 am), and made me feel right at home. The place is huge, and the views are incredible (directly overlooking the reservoir). If you are looking for a rustic lodge with all of the amenities of home, I highly recommend the Last Frontier Lodge.

Wes is a gem of a man! Quiet and very kind!!! Loved talking and just admiring the views with him! He cooks up a mean breakfast in the am, bacon was so thick and yummy!!! Coffee is always on!!! It is rustic, but we read reviews before we went and expected that, was lovely & peaceful!! Screen doors need rescreening for flying bugs, but EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING , RELAXING AND A REAL JOY AND TREAT!!!! When u go visit, enjoy wes, hes funny and has alot of knowledge of the area and surrounding towns!!!! WE LOVE U WES, THANKS SO MUCH!!!!! MUCH BLESSINGS TO U FRIEND!!!! find us on social media, I'd love to stay in touch! Roly & Tricia chacon
