I highly recommend this shop. Mackenzie Hardt is absolutely wonderful! His shop is conveniently located near the Stanley Marketplace and he is very experienced and helping you find your ideal cargo bike or helping you maintain a commuter. I have used him for both of these services on multiple occasions and I'm very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. You can really tell he cares about you and your ride. I was so impressed with how he helped me out after I was struck by a car on a ride home that I am a customer for life! If you are in the market for a cargo bike, please book an appointment and look through all the options he carries. We went with a Bunch Bike and absolutely love it!

What a great local bike shop! My wife and I brought our bikes in for tune ups. MacKenzie took the time to go through what each of our bikes needed, pointing out what needed maintenance or replacement. Everything was incredibly transparent and the pricing is very fair. Highly recommend this bike shop.

We HIGHLY recommend Hardt Family Cyclery! We had owned an electric cargo bike for years that was very unfortunately stolen from us a few weeks ago. Mackenzie is super knowledgable about electric bikes, cargo bikes... anything bike related and totally hooked us up and we are customers for life! We got a beautiful electric Bunch Bike from him and he was so amazing to work with. Cargo bikes are the WAY to go guys! We use it as our vehicle and have plenty of space for our two small children and baby (in a bunch bike infant seat) and dog. It's the perfect way to keep healthy and outside while doing school pick-up/drop-off's, grocery runs, leisure bike rides... basically anything you would need a car for in the city. Much cheaper, no parking problems, and no footprint :) Time to go get yourself a cargo bike from Mackenzie!

Stopped in to have brakes fixed on my daughter's bike. Extremely helpful, fast, very reasonably priced. Recommend to anyone. Great place.
