This company is top shelf all the way. The price was great never over or understated any scope of the work.licenced bonded insured so no way an employee could ever sue you for an injury. Never tried to bypass the permit/inspection (saving a few hundred at the costs of a bad job not worth it) which passed with flying colors. The inspector even made the comment that its look like the house is new. And it does. Every day they were here at the end of the day you couldn't tell they were ever here. No trash left behind. No construction waste or equipment left for us to hold on to for them. Absolutely nothing bad I can say about bout them. I could write a book about how I feel about the level of professionalism MARK ANTHONY CONSTRUTION I believe you would do yourself a serious disservice if you don't hire them.

When it came time for a new roof, we did our homework. Mark Anthony Roofing kept coming up as one of, if not the premier companies to work with in North County, and now we now why. The sales experience was low key, and we were provided a number of options/samples. Mark Anthony, owner, came out to walk us thru the job since it was pretty extensive. Once work began there was always a foreman on site, and the workers showed up on time and were respectful of our property and ourselves; especially given that we were working from home throughout. Once the original roof was removed, we uncovered a fair amount of wood damage. They were fair in their assessment of what needed to be done as well as the additional cost to complete. In the end, we have a high quality roof that looks great and we have no doubt will be the last we have to install. The job required coordination between the roofers, solar installers, and a number of other contractors; all of which happened without a hitch. All of that said, perhaps the most impressive part of the experience happened post install. We ran into a minor issue with a vent that resulted in a repair bill for our furnace. We emailed them, and within a week were reimbursed. Throughout the job the entire team operated at the highest level of skill and integrity, which seems to be a rarity these days and was greatly appreciated. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would strongly recommend Mark Anthony Construction to anyone considering having roofing work done on their home. They are a family owned business that NEVER contracts out their jobs. When you pay for their services, you actually get their services. And let me tell you their roofing expertise and execution are top notch! I thought my house would be tough for them with some quirky angles and ledges but they handled everything seamlessly and we could not be happier.
