Kirk helped me out of a tight jam doing great work. He's a no nonsense guy from the Eastcoast who knows how a home should be built, and more importantly repaired. He is busy, as is his friend Mike of Sequoia Roofing and Solar, who did my roof and solar together. However, it's been my experience both guys try to fit a person in if there's a real emergency.nnKirk showed me the where and why something needed to be repaired, such as rotten siding replaced vs. just painted over. He also showed me how the original builder should have used a flange to keep rain from getting behind the lower level siding. His guys work hard and I was impressed how fast they dug a trench from the street to the house, for a powerline upgrade - it was hard clay, full of roots. Kirk even delt with a nightmare-neighbor, who'd been an issue with most contractors who came over to the house.nnI will continue to have Kirk and his guys work on the home, and highly recommend him to others.
