My insurance company did a drive by inspection and let me know that I needed to replace my roof within 20 days in order to keep my policy.nnI got four quotes for architectural shingles replacement, and The Roof Masters beat the competition on price, materials, warranty, and more importantly, time because they had an immediate opening. Time from signing the contract to roof complete: 4 days!nnDiana, in the office and Beto, the project manager, were always available to answer questions to the extent that he compared his quote with another company, line-by-line. So, I was confident that I had chosen the right company to do the job.nnThe crew was polite. Kept the site tidy and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. I'm happy to recommend The Roof Masters.

I had a leaking tile roof on my 20 year old house. Roof Masters inspected the roof, provided an estimate then repaired the problem a few days later. The repair only took one day. I am very satisfied with the results. The were very professional and courteous. The paperwork process was very efficient. I highly recommend this company and would use them in the future.

I am so thankful for the roof masters! They lived up to there name. I called them after contacting many other roofers that didn’t want to work on my roof as it’s a very big steep house. Not only did the roof masters fix all my leaks they fixed one of mynSolar panels too.nnThank you Rudy, thank you Rigo, as the whole team was excellent, professional, clean, and we are very happy!

The staffs, specially Jhonny and Claudia delivered very timely responses to our questions and needs. The team workers were proficient with their jobs. overall, the job was well done and we are very happy. Certainly, we do not have any doubts that we are going to refer The Roof Masters to our sphere of influence.

Sorry... they are much too busy right now! At least that is what I was told on the phone, too busy to take on 1 inspection, too busy to provide an estimate of cost, even too busy to discuss future work. We only need a rough estimate and aren't planning the inspection for at least a few more months.... nope, sorry, don't have time for you, simply too much work and too too busy! Got it, they don't need or want our business... very short sighted. will find a different company to work with.nnResponse to owner:nThanks for your immediate response to my review, very impressive that you were able to dedicate your busy schedule to make time. To imply any other company that has better customer service than yours (whether busy or not) would not be a “GOOD” or successful company is humorous and transparent. I also asked to schedule in advance to get a proposal and was given a flat out NO over the phone, so there will be LOTS of opportunities for future work, they will just go to a company that regardless of how busy they are, still insist their employees at every level (including whomever answers the phone) maintain professionalism and customer service. It’s a small world and word gets around. Good luck!
