I came into The Midtown Trek shop earlier today when I had derailleur issues while out on a ride. I met with Ben and Carlos who were quick to offer a number of options/solutions and got me back on my bike to finish my ride within no time. Carlos and Ben, along with a few other Trek associates whose names I didn't catch, were super helpful, kind and welcoming. The entire shop crew clearly looks out for the customers best interest and not only provided amazing customer service, but they know what they're doing-the rest of my ride felt similar to when I first bought my bike. Thanks again!
Great shop! In these pandemic times where good bikes are hard to come by Bryce contacted a bike shop in Santa Rosa to see if they had the bike I wanted in stock there. They did and someone from the shop had to go up there and ended up bringing my bike back which saved me a trip.nnStaff are friendly and helpful. The bike I bought is awesome! Overall great experience.
Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Made my five year old feel special about getting a new bike. Love the additional free services after purchasing. Will likely be returning soon to get another bike for the family.
Just gotta say I LOVE Trek Midtown!! Everytime I've visited has been a good experience. The team here is knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to take time to make sure you're road or trail ready. Shout out to Bryce and Lucien for great customer service.
This place has amazing customer service and stands behind everything they sell 100%. If you buy it but do not like how it works, they will give you 100% credit. They will put accessories on your bike for free, give you great advice and treat you right. Maybe the best business experience I have had since I can remember.
