Perfect house, perfect vacation... Block Island Reservations has such a lovely choice of accommodations. This year we held our family reunion on block island and Block Island reservations was able suggest accommodations so we could all be together. We stayed at the Fieldstone house. A lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 home that was decorated in such a way that you felt you were home at your own personal beach house. The full kitchen and new BBQ on the deck meant we had options for our dining experiences. Thank you again to Block Island Reservations, you are the BEST!!!!!
They usually have the most availability of most Inns and Hotels on the island. Prices are reasonable and most locations are within walking distance from the ferry.
We stayed at the FieldStone house, with a full kitchen, 2 1/2 bath, 4 bedrooms and desk with BBQ, it was a perfect location for our 4 generation gathering. Relaxing on the deck in the morning with my coffee listening to the bird songs around us. Located within walking distance of several of the Block Island walking trails. Huge yard for outdoor play for our younger family members. We did bring a car, but it really wasn't needed. Taxi service was very efficient and reasonably priced. Most family members choose to walk to beach and town. Great vacation, thanks again to Block Island Reservations!!!
