Friendly staff and very accommodating. Great location right near the ferry and great view of the ocean! Very clean and comfy bed. No AC but the ocean breeze coming in from our private balcony kept the room cool in the evening. No breakfast due to COVID but Rebeccas takeout across the street was perfect to grab coffee and to enjoy on the balcony.
Small rooms but you're on Block. AC unit in room vents out window, loud but cools room nicely. Can't beat the price. Just know your staying in an old inn and not expect the Ritz.
Best location on the island for convenience and amenities. Kai, Gaby and Dustin run the hotel, and are as accommodative as any! Kai has an Island shop down stairs featuring his reinvention and improvement of the sandal the “Kai-Kai” handmade. Historic Inn - they treat you as family. The Inn at Old Harbor is a must to stay and visit.nnThank you the Inn at Old Harbor!
They DO NOT honor cancellation policy stated on their website. Now that we live in a time of such uncertainty, I'd book elsewhere.
I love this place! The staff was amazing, super accommodating! The manager there, named Dustin provided excellent customer service! I enjoyed my vacation thanks to the staff and beautifully decorated room! Definitely coming back!
