Have stayed here a few times and always loved it! Rooms are super clean. Hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating. Being right downtown is so convenient and this place is priced better than most plus there's AC.
Nice little spot right in the middle of town with walking distance to anywhere near town and directly across from the ferry in Old Harbor. Clean, nice toiletries, nice towels and sheets. Downsides; very noisy front street and bar below and children jumping off the bed at 7am. Other wise, beautiful ocean view from

Great place. Nice views. We stayed in room 7 and it had views of the ocean and AC. Can't complain at all!
The room and bed were fine. Our window looked out on to a fire escape and another building. Because it's so close we didn't get much natural light. Obviously there's not much that can be done about it, but knowing the view was so poor would have influenced me into booking a different room. The ceiling fan kept the room ventilated and it does come with an air conditioner, larger mini fridge and microwave, all bonuses while traveling the island. Overall the accommodations were fine except the 'view!' I'd book another location, or even a different room in the same building next time for that reason.
