Your website needs to let people know ahead of time what your restrictions are regarding civid. I came all the way from Pennsylvania to be turned away when I got in. I'm canceling my Marriott membership!
I will say first of that all of the staff has been very nice and accommodating. Very quick to respond and help when needed. The problem I have with the hotel is that it looks nice but is so cheaply constructed that the walls are paper thin and you hear everything from people talking on the patio two floors down to anyone walking above you sounds like an elephant when they're walking. Air vent grates in the hallways are rusted and stairways look a bit ratty compared to the guest floors. I have a feeling that in a couple of years this place will look very run down. Though I mostly enjoyed my stay I probably wouldn't stay here again.
Only had one towel in the bathroom , asked for another one in morning they never brought them up ud83eudd37ud83cudffd♂ufe0f other than that place is great ;
Took a mini vacation to get my 2 year old son out from being under quarantine for 4 months. Decided to stay 3 nights with my friend and her 2 year oldnSon as well. They asked for my credit card at check in for a $20 refundable fee which I’m assuming is a standard thing to do. Check out was at 12 as we rushed to clean the whole room so the staff didn’t have much to do after we left! Also left a nice tip on the table for the people cleaning. Fast forward a week check my credit card statements and was charged a $250 smoking fee! I call to ask the first guy I speak with tells me then hangs up! Now I left a message to the GM let’s see how there customer service skills are. And for the record neither one of us smoke! I am beyond upset.
The suite we stayed in was very modern and clean, I wish we could’ve stayed longer! The staff was very nice. Whenever I requested something I received it within minutes.
