Friendly staff. Located near restaurants. Nice room, updated. Not too bad at all.
Comfortable beds and the staff were so happy to help with any and all requests, especially extra coffee.
Nice rooms. Front desk person does not answer the phone. Used my cell phone to call hotel front desk and had to look up the number online as the phone in the room did not work. Safety issue should there be an emergency. Called twice with cell phone to get the WiFi code, not provided at check in, with no answer. Earlier went down to lobby to get info on where to order food for delivery. Gave me a menu for some pizza place with 2.5 star online rating with horrible reviews. Couldn’t find anyone else to deliver food so paid an Uber to take me to Appleby's and back.
Excellent experience customer service was great. Room was clean and ready for customer.
Great hotel! The staff were professional the room was clean and the bed was fantastic!
