Love this hotel and during the pandemic it was the ONLY hotel that I could find that was still allowing the use of their pool facilities to their guests!! This is the only or main reason why I stay at a hotel is the pool use for my child to be able to enjoy it and I will forever be grateful for the fact that they have kept theirs open and functional during the past year of all this craziness to say the least!!!
I was disappointed with this hotel despite having good experience with other Hampton Inns. The place feels old and requires some refurbish. There's lack of attention to details and that creates a bad experience. For example there's a door always open to a room with Garbage when you walk from the counter to the elevators.nThe breakfast offered during COVID-19 was bad. Uncooked bacon.nAlso there's no free tea or coffee in the room or lobby like I've had in other Hampton Inn.nThe only benefit is it's right on the I-95.nI wouldn't come back
Good price...I stay at Hampton up and down the east coast but this room was small, the bathroom sink was small, there was no microwave so the wicked nice maintenance guy gave us his from his room...the heater clicked and banged so loud when it came on that we ended up just sleeping in our cars because we were so tired...they did offer to move us but it was late and they did refund our nights stay, so I do appreciate the effort they put in to try to make us more comfortable
The best experience, staff was very nice and helpful, the place was very quiet just how I like it , super clean room !! Everything so perfect, I give it 10 ⭐ufe0f
