So my family and I booked a stay for tonight with intentions of utilizing the pool area - a couple months back when we stayed there were social distancing restrictions that only allowed 1 family at a time in the pool area but apparently these restrictions have been lifted as per the CDC said the front desk rep. My problem tonight was that although we made the reservation as we still need to reserve a time slot there was another family in the pool area who decided to be extremely inconsiderate and stayed in the hot tub for well over an hour which of course is not the hotels fault that this man and his children took the entire hour to selfishly sit in the hot tub as my child patiently waited his turn but what I would like to recommend to hotel staff is that of these are your new procedures why not allocate a time limit so that if families have to share the area they can share the tub too ....? Just a thought to make your guests at least want to revisit.

My guest used the hottub and next day had hottub rash. Pseudomonas Folliculitis they need to keep their pool and hottub clean and safe

Nice room and friendly staff, 4-stars only for no wi-fi due to technical issues but the front desk attendant was extremely helpful and polite about helping to resolve the issue. Otherwise very clean with a nice COVID-friendly breakfast bar.

Nice hotel, would definitely recommend. Reasons to stay at the Springhill Suites Warwick:nn- Nice breakfastn- Excellent and helpfull staffn- Rooms are perfectly finen- Swimmingpool is OK, including hottubnnReasons to option out for another hotel:n- No restaurants in close walkng distance, which they do have at other places nearby.n- The room contained some construction objects, which was kinda strangen- Swimmingpool is not big enough for 'work-out swimming'n- Gym is small and equipment is a bit outdated, but it's fine, nonthelessnnDefinitely enjoyed my stay!
