Walmart Pharmacy

This should really be called the Walmart Pharmacy Customer Disservice Center. From the woman who answered the telephone to the pharmacist who speaks as fast as she possibly can to get customers off the phone, and makes it clear that customer inquiries are not appreciated, this group is the worst pharmacy team I have ever met. Have a problem with the asthma meds they sold you? Call the MANUFACTURER for a free refill. Really? Will be switching immediately.

The team at North Kingstown Walmart Pharmacy is the best of the best. Not just comparing to other Walmarts but all Pharmacies. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring, compassionate and outgoing. I hope this message goes to the higher up's and this team is acknowledge and appreciated.

Customer beware there appears to be some fraud issue going on here now. I have had the same script filled here for approx 5 years. Today I drop it off and am forced to provide ID while the pharmacy tech records all of my personal data on the RX no initial or badge number so they altered a federal document with no proof they did. Next I go get ready to pick it up and all I am asked for is my date of birth no proof of who I am. Watch out the only explanation I can come up with is that tech is stealing peoples data. I would not take issue with showing ID to pick it up but to drop it off and not to have to prove who I am picking it up screams data theft. I guess I will be checking my credit report daily now for the next few months thank you Walmart.

Both the tech and the pharmacist were very helpful and professional.

Pharmacists and the rest of the clerks are the best I've encountered in my life. All are VERY professional and courteous.
