Fantastic bike shop. Been in several times for minor repairs that I've never been charged for - today they went above and beyond. I came in with an inner tube issue, expecting to need to purchase one. Older gentleman not only straightened it out without any need for that, but fixed a brake issue I didn't know about, and did a surprise adjustment on my seat height such that I could pedal more easily without putting as much pressure on my knees. Great people, know their stuff, highly recommend.

I came in to buy 2 bikes for my children and the service was amazing! They helped them pick out bikes that fit and made sure they were good to go. They even attached training wheels and other accessories for the bikes. Great place to get bikes!

I've dealt primarily with Adam at the Wabash store. This guy is a keeper. Prompt, knowledgeable, attentive and plain downright likeable. Adam, and Ernie's, just plain represent. There is no higher mark.nnI had a minor issue with a defective piece of equipment. Adam came to my home (I'm 10 min away), checked it out, and replaced it, SAME DAY.nnIf I were Adam's employer, I'd be outrageously proud of Adam. Took the helm. I assure you, my next bikie equipment purchase will be from Ernie's, thanks to Adam.nnI'm 71, and old guys love to give advice. Here's mine.nnBe like Adam.
