It's great to find a company that still respects their craft and the quality of the work they do. S&D Improvements is a great example of great craftsmanship. We had some storm damage and received a quote from the insurance company, but upon inspection and review Steve at S&D found some additional items that needed to be included in this claim in addition to some structural items that they would address. We submitted the additional claim to the insurance company and they agreed. I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did, but I will be using them going forward for any roofing, siding, or replacement windows. This guys are just great to work with!

Had Tony at S&D replace my roof a couple years back. They were great! So, I was looking at getting replacement windows and gave Tony a call. He re-scheduled once, then I had to call him twice to even get him back out to my property. Once he finally showed up, my wife said he spent a total of about 3 minutes examining the windows, and said it would have to be new windows because they can’t replace them. He left after being at my property for no more than 5 minutes, told my wife he’d email me a quote. Still waiting over 3 weeks later for a quote.nnNeedless to say, we moved on, and that company (plus another we had out) said they could absolutely replace the windows.nnVery disappointed in S&D this time around.

I have used S & D Improvements on three different properties and they have done siding, windows and a roof for me. Tony is a pleasure to deal with, he is professional, gets back to you promptly, does great work, and I have found his prices to be very reasonable. He even found a creative solution to a. Issue we had with replacing our porch railings with vinyl. They are great to clean up after the job, you won’t even know they’ve been there!

I had Tony and his crew to my home for 3 separate projects. Outstanding work! Jobs completed on time and with the price he quoted. They did a garage addition including framing, roofing, siding and gutters. They tied the new garage into the house beautifully. Very happy and definitely have no fear about recommending S&D. They were great.
