I've been trying to work with them pertaining to my roof. (BTW...THEY reached out to ME. ) Have scheduled a couple of consultations...The guy never shows up! Don't waste your time....Find someone more dependable.
We had our roof replaced in 2017 under the assumption that we had a 30 year warranty on the shingles and a 10 year warranty on the labor. This year when selling the house, we found out that the flashing along one of the areas of the roof had not been properly installed. We called Joe, the owner to come out and make repairs but he was extremely hard to reach. Once we were able to reach someone and someone finally came out to look at it after a few weeks of back and forth, we were told that they would be out to repair it on a Friday. That day came and went without any communication from the company. After weeks of calling and emailing and finally having to pay someone to come out and do the job we reported the company to the the BBB. Guess who we heard from as soon as that was posted? As part of the resolution, SRR was supposed to reimburse us for the costs of the repairs. We were told 2 weeks ago that the check was in the mail. We have not received it yet and have not heard back from Joe since that last email. Do yourselves a favor and find another company that's going to honor their warranties and stand behind their work!
