Very nice when he came out. Said he would get back with estimate. Waited almost 2 weeks and nothing. Called and was told it would be emailed, still nothing.
We were qualified for a new roof through our insurance Co. & friends down our street recommended Chris Tian Construction based on their experience. Rob Laurence came for an estimate & worked well with our insurance Co helping us through the process. He brought samples & helped us pick a shingle & before long the crew started on our roof. When the roof was finished the clean up was so complete, it didn't look as if we had work done. Rob stopped by during the process to make sure things were going as planned & also that we were pleased with the job. Robert was very punctual and professional through the roof inspection process to getting the roof replaced in a very timely manner with top quality workmanship. I would and have recommended to others in the neighborhood.
They did a roof tune up- nail pops, seal loose shingles, replace damaged shingles, sweep valleys and install some gutter covers. Joshua is smart, works fast and has good social skills. Well worth the money.
