Nicky didn't disclose obvious issues with an item he posted online. Instead of taking responsibility for his error, he chose to put blame on me by stating I was a taking advantage of him. He was clearly in the wrong and I sent him pictures. He was adamant that he was in no wrong because he forgot to mention item had cracks but did not disclose them. He should have saved his integrity but chose to weasel his way out while wanting me to pay fees etc for returning an item. This is the guy that will not learn from mistakes and end up working elsewhere because he has no idea how to keep customers. Find another bicycle shop with integrity!
Fantastic, super helpful with picking out my new bike, not that they had many left, demand is high and supply is low so I got one of the last ones with more than one speed. Forever my bike shop.
