The Biltmore Team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Danny does a nice job walking the customer through various options, provided transparency information throughout the experience and I felt he was doing things in the best interest of the customer. The work was done on time and the quality of the work was top notch (tear off and shingle replacement).

Danny was awesome to work with. He always responded asap to our questions and was with us every step of the way. Our roof was installed in one day in about 6 hours. It looks fantastic. I would recommend Biltmore to anyone without hesitation.

Our experience with Biltmore was amazing from start to finish. The company was incredibly responsive to our request for a quote online and in touch immediately. Danny was our first point of contact and was professional from the get go. Very knowledgeable, customer friendly, and able to answer our questions without a second thought. Their bid on our job by far put them well ahead of their competition, in addition to their customer service. Call, emails, and inquiries were answered in a timely fashion either by Danny or the company.nThe end result...our house looks transformed and well worth the upgrade. We have no regrets in our decision and have neighbors, family, and friends continuously comment on the improvement. Our recommendation goes to Danny and his team at Biltmore, we are beyond impressed with our renovation!

Danny the salesman was super helpful and made my roof install not stressful at all. I had a bad storm that damaged my roof resulting in replacement which I dreaded dealing with insurance. He basically handled everything and the guys that installed couldn't have done a better job. One of the best choices I have made.

Overall the experience was amazing and I will be hiring them again in the near future. They deserve every one of the 5 stars. Their teams are fast, punctual, work around your schedule, clean up the job site well, and take care not to damage anything in the process. Their work ends up looking amazing and their prices are fair for what you get. I will say for transparency I only had two small negatives to my experience. Material deliveries arrived too early twice by a day early each time. To many people this is not a problem and actually would be a plus. For me, I work swing shifts on 12 hour days and arranged to have things delivered on my days off. Instead I had just gotten off shift one day and was an hour into sleeping when I was woken up for a delivery of roof panels. The other day I was actually still on shift and had to have my wife arrange the delivery of siding. These did not impact my decision for 5 stars though as this is a very minor inconvenience in my book. The actual work is perfect and that’s what you are actually hiring them for. Everything from arranging and designing and quoting, through scheduling and implementation. Highly recommend them.
