We received an estimate from Newman for some exhaust pipe booting and other flashing repair. During the estimate, they fixed all of the flashing on the spot and didn't even charge! The quote we received for the pipe booting was fair and in line with the other estimates we received. Good and honest. Only reason we didn't move forward was that we had guttering work needed too that another company was able to provide.nnWould recommend and have in mind for other work in the future.

We selected three central Ohio roofing companies to inspect our 19 year roof built in 2001. Not all sales people were were equal, the inspector/sales person from Newman was far more professional and the company provided customer Q&A information clinched the deal. When comparing the three choices, Newman won by a landslide while the pricing was nearly identical so it wasn't about price!nnOur inspection was so late in the 2020 season we were concerned about tear-off and installation over winter and the two not selected both pushed to have it done right away while Newman was the only company that offered to wait until Spring 2021 since they stopped installations already. They listened to our concerns and provided a solution that fit both their standards and our wishes - that built trust.nnWe got communication from Newman in early March 2021 that they were preparing for the Spring transition and starting to schedule last years sold work. They worked with us to find the best weather date for a mixed weather March and then confirmed the day prior and showed up at 7am as planned. Not one glitch in transitioning a sale from last year to removal/installation in the Spring of 2021.nnThe crew of roughly 20 plus site supervisor worked safely to remove the existing roofing and disposal in a included site dumpster. With a lot of potential trash coming off the existing roof there wasn't any siding or landscaping damage below and all trash was picked up before they left the property. They discovered one 12 x 12 section of base roofing needed replacement - they showed me and I agreed and approved replacement at cost quoted $65 for one sheet. They installed the weather/water layer and then the dimensional shingles. They completed the entire project start to finish in one day as quoted. All the employees and the supervisor did a masterful job and we had no issues or concerns during the project. We completed payment as the final cleanup was being done and we were happy to pay for this fine work completed.nnIt is now install plus 1 month and we have no leaks or issues to report. I am happy to share a 5 star review all the way through!

The entire experience was exceptional. Every single person I dealt with from the person responding to my email request, to the sales person, to the installation team were extremely easy to work with, professional, and committed to excellence. I really liked having Woody as my go-to person the day of installation, as it made it even more simple for me. The communications of scheduling and who to expect when was always accurate and timely. I realize this is done for a different reason ,but the blocking of windows and doors with plywood made my whole experience so much easier than I expected, as I have 4 dogs, and as long as they could not see anyone, they did not bark . A big plus! I was very impressed with the special one off things done to enhance the end product, and simply love my new roof. Overall great experience.

Newman Roofing replaced two new roofs for us. They came out and gave us an estimate for both roofs the same day. They were very professional and did not use any high pressure sales tactic. Although they were a little higher than another contractor I felt they provided the best cost per value. They had two crews working on each building and were able to complete each within the day. They provided pictures of the work in process and the completed pictures. When additional plywood was needed they informed me ahead of time. They covered the windows to make sure they were not damaged. They did an excellent job cleaning up. Woody and everyone involved were very friendly. I don’t give reviews very often however they did such a good job I felt like I should give them their props! I highly recommend them and will use them again if replacing additional roofs.

Highly recommend Newman Roofing. Excellent service great results. From the first meeting of inspection and estimate for a roof replacement to meeting the team when they arrived to do the installation was a first class experience. The team was so quick and efficient arriving first thing in the morning a done by midday. The on site supervisor, Hunter, kept us informed through each step and took the time to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Made you feel like the most important client of the day.
