These guys are great to work with! About a year after Priebe Roofing replaced our roof, we noticed one of our skylights had a leak. It looked like it was coming from the roof so we called with our concern. Mike came out right away and following his inspection, he had one his employees come back to repair. Mike is prompt and true to his word. Highly recommend.
Mike and his team were great to work with. This was our first time doing any kind of roof work and Mike was so helpful. His team installed our new roof quickly, and it looks great. I received hail damage to my roof and met with Mike Priebe and he joined me when the insurance inspector came and without Mike's help in pointing out the damage I might not have gotten approval. They used great materials, their crew was fast and friendly, they did the teardown and new roof in one day!
I called Priebe to address some warranty work 10-yrs after our roof was installed. They were in the midst of owner/management changes when we contacted them. I understood and committed to being patient through the process.nnWarranty work completed, we were pleased enough to contract Priebe again for siding/windows. Again happy with the work...nnThe Priebe team was extremely transparent about management changes and very determined to offer top service. Everything worked out well and I am glad we had the ability to be patient.
