Really liked the fact the we dealt with Denis the owner directly. He is knowledgeable, was punctual for our appointment and completed our work in days after the quote. Have already recommended Denis to our friends.
Dennis was prompt in providing us with a very acceptable quote. The quality of the shingles he gave us to choose from was excellent. His suggestions and explanations were logical and clear. He and his crew arrived promptly on the day of install. They were considerate, professional, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We would not hesitate to use Roof Pro Construction in the future.
The owner immediately came the following day to inspect the damage I had. They worked with the insurance company to ensure a proper estimate was given for the damage. The repair was quick and done perfectly.
I needed a complete tear-off and new roof install so I called multiple area roofers for quotes. A few didn’t even call back, others were typical pushy salesmen. Denis was very nice, straight to the point and didn’t try to “sell me”. I had some specific issues I wanted corrected while getting the new roof and he addressed them all. His team was very professional, they took proper precautions to keep my yard safe, and didn’t leave one spec of debris behind. Another nice touch was that Denis stayed with his team all day unlike some roofers that just get your contract and then sub it out and don’t come back until they want their payment. I highly recommend Denis/Roof Pro!
