Brilliant bike shop! Had a bike built here in under 2 days. The lads in the shop were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Had an emergency, axel break* they all took really good care of my bike. Its better than EVER. I unlocked new riding potential i never knew was possible.... Awesome store with great services, fair price, nice selections, cool people.⚡ud83dudc64⚡
Seems like a nice little shop. I visited in the middle of a 100K ride through Cleveland when my crankshaft came loose. I’ll prepared without the proper hex key to tighten I thought I could get help at a local shop. Alex was helpful and was able to tighten it in 30 seconds. Unfortunately, he didn’t mention a price upfront. I wish I was able to support this small business with a proper tune up rather than get a surprise charge that was more expensive than an entire hex key set.
I will always come back to Joy Machines for all of my bike-related needs. Alex, the owner, will always take the time to answer your questions, and will not pressure you into buying a bike, or accessory that isn't exactly what you need. I believe they charge a very fair price for parts and labor that goes along with any repairs. They've built one bike for me, and it is one of my favorite things in the world. Thanks for all that you do, Alex and staff!
