The staff was very nice to me. I had questions about E bikes. I wanted to know the strength of the mid mount motor and the bikes and the hub mount motors. I also asked what batteries the different bikes in their shop had. They told me they did not know. They were only able to tell me the company that made the bike but not who actually made the battery . I explained that I wanted to know the size of the motor and the size of the battery so I would know what I was paying for and what to expect from the bike range. Their response was that none of the numbers mean anything. They can say the hub motor is a 500 when it’s a 250 or the battery power could also be different. They told me to instead pay attention to the torque and never mind the battery or the motor. They also told me mid mount motors don’t have throttles. Luckily I had been looking for E bikes for some time. I had been allowed to ride a mid mount motor e bike and in definitely had a throttle just the week before. The size of the motor and strength of the battery is very important to know. A smaller battery and motor should cost less than a bike with larger. I find knowing your range on an E bike to be extremely important. As for torque the opposite is true from what the salesman said that day. Mid mount motors usually have much mor torque than hub mount because gears are involved in mid mount drive.Again nice guys but they really don’t seem to know their product. The bike there was three thousand dollars. Can’t tell you if it’s a good price because I was not told anything about the bike.

I had such a great experience buying a new bike from these guys! I highly recommend them if you yourself are looking for a new ride, super nice and chill, knowledgeable and no pressure sales. They bent over backwards on a holiday to make my visit work! If you need a new bike, or any work on your current one, go to these guys!

Very snotty, condescending staff member. There are 2 other bike shops near by. I'd definitely not even waste your time with this place.
