Jason was very professional, he answered every question I had. His crew was very polite, and also professional. They got the job done when they said it would be done. And cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend if you need a free estimate and a new roof!
I chose Winegarnder initially because of the warranty and excellent customer service I got from Tiger Smith from the beginning. He spent plenty of time going over my options and explaining things and always responded promptly when I had a question. The roof was completed in less than 2 days and looks great! My yard was cleaned up before the crew left. While they did accidentally hit the line for my AC unit that had unknowingly been run under the roof, Jason had someone out to repair the line and covered the full cost of the repair and was very professional about all of it. I would highly recommend Winegardner! It is well worth the peace of mind knowing you will have quality work and a company that stands behind their work.
I had a rubber garage roof replaced I am extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone needed a new roof. The guys were very polite and professionals, the started on Tuesday morning and finished Wednesday morimg they worked their backside off in the extreme heat and humidity...JOB WELL DONE!!
As a single parent, it is really hard to find a business that you can trust. Mr. Winegardner and his team not only treated me well, but worked with me on financing to make sure I could get the absolute best roof I needed for my family. I was treated with respect and kindness.
