I am happy to write this review for DeCarney Roofing. We called Mario based on other reviews when our bedroom ceiling started leaking. We knew our roof was older and might be in need of replacement. Within hours of our call, Mario was up on our roof to give an expert assessment, and he talked us through our options (various repair options or full replacement) without pressuring us in any one direction. We ultimately decided to go for full replacement with the winter season approaching--why not just get it done? Working with Mario from that point on was so easy. He communicated his plan clearly and followed through at every step. His pricing was competitive based on other quotes we received. And he scheduled us within 3-4 weeks of his first visit, taking into account the weather and other jobs. The actual day for the roof job was a breeze. Mario and his team arrived early with all the equipment and supplies. They finished in one day, leaving the grounds spotless (Mario even came by the next day to inspect again). The quality of the work was outstanding and showed skilled craftsmanship, especially around the chimney and places where the shingles needed to be woven together smoothly. These guys know what they're doing. We're very pleased with our choice, and we would highly recommend Mario and his crew for any of your roofing needs!
Mario was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was prompt in his responses, fair with pricing, and focused on quality work from start to finish. He walked us through the process and made us feel at ease. We were also happy with the onsite crew the day of our new roof installation. They were thorough in their cleanup efforts, and the customer service from all workers was very professional. I would highly recommend Mario and his team for any roofing project large or small!
Mario and his crew provided exceptional service. On time to meet me for an estimate. The price was right where I hoped it to be. He kept me well informed about weather delays and arrived when he told me he would. His work is top quality and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for roof work. I have children who are home from school due to COVID and he and his guys were top notch around the kids. Total pros.
I just want to say how pleased I was with Decarney Roofing of Beverly, MA. I had a complete new roof installed by another contractor in 2014. The roof developed a slight bulge in the front section. The contractor who had installed the roof retired and closed the business last year and I had no recourse as the labor guaranty was only for five years. I got Mario Decarney’s name when looking for a new roofing contractor. Mario came out, looked at the roof and said he could fix it without tearing the whole roof off. I am happy to say he came out one week later when scheduled, on time, and repaired the roof for less than the approximate quote that he gave me. The job was completed, looks great and I will call Decarney Roofing for all my roofing needs and I recommend Decarney Roofing highly to anyone who needs a trustworthy and professional roofer. They are the best.
Mario and his team were very professional and left our yard spotless. They were very efficient arriving in the morning and finishing by the end of the day. Mario gave me a very detailed estimate so i knew just what to expect and could compare his price with others. He stuck to the estimate and when there was change due to the age of the barn the price for the additional materials was exactly as described. I will hire decarney roofing again! It was a pleasure to work with them.
