We want to tell you about a very pleasant experience with Patriot Roofing and their representative, Steve Collier.nOur 27 year old roof needed replacement and water damage caused by a water leak repaired. We contacted several reportable contractors, including Patriot for quotes. After meeting with each contractor, it was an easy and clear choice for us to select Patriot.nPatriot filed the damage claim with our insurance company and Steve was present for each home inspection. He then reviewed all claim settlement documents to ensure we received maximum reimbursement for damage covered under our policy. Three significant omissions were noted. Again Steve, acting on our behalf, contacted the claim adjuster and arranged for additional settlement payments. Our involvement with our insurance company was extremely minimal.nRoof installation was started as scheduled and completed quickly. The roof turned out great and the Patriot team left our yard free of construction debris. Great customer service!nSteve Collier was a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with our new roof decking and Owens Corning shingles. Thanks Patriot Home Contracting for a competitive quote, quality installation and great customer service. The crew worked hard the day they came and the cleanup was spotless. Our project manager Stephen was straightforward and professional. We appreciated him getting back to us right away whenever we had a question.

Working with Stephen was really a very good experience. He did handle all the insurance issues from the 2020 ( Tornado winds) storm with my parents home. He also had all the siding and the shutters replaced due to a lot of those items blowing off the home. Also he did repair the damaged roof. He is also very receptive when we E-mailed or called with any questions. My parents and I are very happy with the results.
