I was in the area visiting and forgot my medication back home. This pharmacy was amazing! The level of customer service was wonderful, they refilled my prescriptions within 20 minutes and I was on my way. Great location, Blue Ash is a very pretty area.

My husband, Jerry, had cancer. The pharmacists and assistants feel like extended family. The medicine is ready when promised. They know us by name. They are charming!nThe photo department is great: beautiful reprints at a good price!

Today-2/1/19 went here to get a money order for rent that’s due today, looked it up and google says that Walgreens does do money orders. The cashier said no because she doesn’t know how to do it. Really? Why aren’t the cashiers trained to do their job? I used to work at CVS and this would have never happened there. And I get that business may be slow but the cashier was just standing there for at least 15 minutes talking on her cell phone. Also I use this location to fill my wife’s prescriptions and we are not at all happy with the pharmacy services. We pick up a PREPACKAGED prescription so why does it take over an hour to get it filled?! All you have to do is pick up the prepackaged and already counted out pills and scan it. Put it in a paper bag and staple the receipt to it. I can do it in 3 minutes tops!
