Walmart Pharmacy

I Shop here everyday. Sick of rude employees. Last night (on 1/30/19) an older guy named Richard- I think- was working the u-scan area. When I approached a self serve register the employee Said “ if that machine is credit only then don’t come crying to me”. What nerve! Like I said I shop there everyday, so I know what self scan registers are card only by the redline around the screen. But even if I did approach the wrong register then why is an employee talking to me like that?! Also I’m sick of being stopped after I pay by the GREETER. They are there to greet you and help point you in the right direction when you enter. They are not there to illegally detain me and demand a receipt. The receipt is mine, along with everything I have bagged. I don’t want someone rummaging through my groceries that I’m going to eat. Call the police, they are on my side. Then Walmart claims shop keepers right. This is a law that protects the store from shop lifters by allowing the store employees to detain SUSPECTED shop lifters. This law however does not allow the store to just pick and choose who’s receipt you look at. It’s only for already suspected shop lifters, so unless you already suspect me of stealing then do not try to stop me upon exit. Instead invest your time in greeting polite, helpful employees- like that the older guy named Clarence! He always greets my family with a smile and helps us. Great employee. It’s not hard to be polite and respectful to customers.

They are extremely rude and treat people like criminal's especially a woman pharmacist thats name starts with ela she will try to not fill meds and go against what the doctors orders this has happen with every one i know that uses this pharmacy some are even elderly she made them go without their meds if you want good service do not use this pharmacy at all.

So I'm trying to call this location because my mom was overcharged and I really don't need a hassle when I go back to get here money, finally get Melody on the phone after it ringing 60 times and she got a funky attitude. Tell her that my mom was overcharged and she goes well how was she overcharged and for what. Duh your cashier rang the item twice, check your cameras for the transaction if necessary.

Victor, one of the managers, has been kind and helpful and my elderly in-laws trust him and the staff there. Victor has gone above and beyond in the rare circumstances we have had issues with the insurance.

I went to the pharmacy area to purchase over-the-counter medicine for my child. I walked up and down the pharmacy isles but must have passed the children’s section by mistake. Since I overlooked the items I was looking for, after 10 minutes, I decided to ask the pharmacist where the children’s over the counter medicine was located. Instead of answering my question the female pharmacist responded by asking me what my child’s symptoms are. Weird but whatever, I thought it may be information needed to point me in the right direction so I answered by telling her my daughter complained of a headache but when I checked her temperature it was fine but I wanted to get some children’s Tylenol or something to help her headache. The pharmacist tells me, “im not allowed to suggest any medications.” I know this, I work at cvs pharmacy. The issue is I never asked for her opinion on any medication. So I told her that, I said “ I understand, I don’t want a recommendation for medication, I just want to know where the children’s medicine is located and I will pick out what medicine to get her.” The pharmacist got VERY rude and said “I told you I can’t help you!” ARE YOU STUPID LADY?!? Just answer my question, where is the children’s medicine located?!?
