I purchased a new roof from Mid-Miami approximately 8 years ago. It’s been a durable and value investment but what I am really impressed by is the follow up service the Mid-Miami team provided just recently. A home inspection indicated the B-vent may have an installation issue and the buyer wanted the vent repainted. I called Andrea to schedule the service and to my delight she offered a no-charge inspection (which confirmed no issue with installation) and then didn’t charge for the repainting either! Superb customer service!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is. Within hours after a wind storm everything was fixed. Very affordable and professional. They were upfront about the cost which was far less than I was expecting. Will be my go to from here on out!
I don’t write reviews often, but they deserve one. I’ve been so stressed about shingle and roof damage from trees we had cut back. I called mid Miami roofing not sure where to even start. Chad came out quickly and had the repair done quickly. The price was right and I’m so pleased at the results. I’ll forever be calling them for any issues I have in the future. Mid-Miami Roofing beat 6 estimates with the lowest cost, highest-quality and heaviest shingle. Installation was done with no mess and the roof looks outstanding. Our dimensional shingles are great. I truly have the nicest roof in the neighborhood. I could not have made a better choice than Mid-Miami Roofing.
Needed ridge vents replaced to stop leaks from coming in. Got several quotes and Mid-miami was the most competitive. Chad came over to do the job and was super nice. Spent about 4 hours working and left the work site as it was before, with the exception of new ridge vents. Was especially impressed that he took the time to go up in the attic to make sure the ridge vents were the problem and provided additional tips to clean up a little mold that had grown. I was very comfortable with the explanation of what would be done and what work was completed. Highly recommend to consider contacting when bidding out for roof work.
