Hotel Le Jolie

This was our second stay to the Le Jolie. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The cleaning staff was wonderful and clean the room to high standards. The owner goes out of his way to make the guests feel welcome. We will continue to come here for future trips for the price is great too!! I totally recommend

Better than I imagined...nnNice, very clean, the rooms were set up and cleaned each day with new towels.nnDAVID V. Registered us upon arriving and he was super friendly and hospitable.nnI loved the location as is is walking distance feom many nice restaurants and coffee bars.nnThe continental breakfast was not provided due to COVID, but there was coffee and tea all day.nnThe rooms are Non-Smoking but the people next door decided to ignore that rule so I called the front desk and they addressed the issue right away.nnI’ll be back, and take a higher floor... I liked the View!

I love this hotel. It’s extremely comfortable, clean, and has nice room finishes and amenities. You also can’t beat the rate and location (Williamsburg has a few trendy, over-priced hotels that are nowhere near as cozy, well-located or excellently-staffed as this one). But above all, the people who work here are wonderful and you can tell the hotel is very well cared for— rare in this day and age! Chet in particular provided the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. He and the staff are extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure I had an easy, comfortable experience. I was staying here after moving out of an old apartment, and Chet even provided me with extra cardboard boxes and packing tape from their storeroom that I could use to mail some of my things. Will always stay here when I am in the area and in need of lodgings!
