Comfort Inn Prospect Park - Brooklyn

Absolute NIGHTMARE the shower in my first room overflowed while my 4 year old daughter was showering by 12 am we were moved into another room.. 3 days later something fell from the ceiling and hit my fiance in the face busted his nose and i have been calling to reach out to to gm so i can atleast get my money back its been over 2 weeks and i have called numerous times i would not recommend this hotel!!

3 of us were in a room. We only got 2 muffins, and just 2 of everything.we asked for one more, but they say they only had that.... for 2 ppl.... They had no toothpaste. Luckily we had.... And the beds are not true queen size beds..... AND you pay alot for parking for the little area of parking.... Not work it. Will not be back.

Did not receive room service just because I was in my room past 12PM. They claimed that their was no room cleaner after 12:30. They offer free breakfast but claimed that due to the pandemic, no food was provided. Also they offer free coffee but have no creamer available. For three days o asked for creamer and none was provided. They said it was on back order. What is so hard about an employee going to the store to buy creamer? These people here do not want to work!!!!

This hotel is great and clean, follows covid protocol and the staff is great.

The hotel was clean the receptionist was warm and kind. The room I had was exquisite the decor is beautiful. The bathroom perfection ud83dudc4c.. I'll definitely be going back.. I gave it 4 star only because I had to pay for parking which I think is expensive for a day ..
