Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown

The staff I talked to were so knowledgeable and welcoming. The room I got from them was so clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice and spacious. What a lovely place to stay!

Fantastic hotel for business travel and meetings in New York. It's an iconic landmark to visit in and of itself. Perfectly located, real class and professional staff, and the amenities are amazing. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and rooms are superb and tastefully updated. One of my favorite hotels in New York by far! And the service makes all the difference.nPerfect for business travel and beyond. I travel often here and love my stay even more every time.

Everyone was helpful.nSPA masseuse was excellent. I do not recall her name (tall, young blond lady), but she performed one of the best massages I recently had.

They definitely lived up to the Four Season’s standards for customer service. We loved the spa and our reserved time at the pool. All of the COVID precautions were well managed.

Try the Soveral Signature facial for a more natural and holistic approach. It was like a massage and work out for your face. Also, The pool is one of the best in Manhattan
