Franklin Guesthouse

Stayed here in May 2017 for my anniversary and had an amazing experience. Car service was amazing! We didn’t expected that. Dinner recommendation was also amazing. Can’t wait to book again this time with our new family additions. This will be a relaxing home away from home staycation and I couldn’t think of a better place than here ♥ufe0f

Helpful staff, perfect location to enjoy local restaurants and craft beers. Value for $ compared to Brooklyn. Complimentary car available for use in Brooklyn. Good housekeeping service. We were given large open plan room with full kitchen. Self laundry service was available, but not used.

Came to this hotel to celebrate a friends birthday. We were all pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and suites. All the suites are on the lower level. Different concept but made much sense since the apartment style suit can hold up to 10 people and any noise made wouldn't really disturb other guests. The hotel offers complimentary car service in a luxury car ( I had the Mercedes Benz ud83eudd70). I definitely appreciated that service because I needed to be picked up from whole foods. I was greeted by Jonathan. Very sweet and good looking guy I might add. In the AM Anthony ( bellman , I think that's his name ) was thoughtful I called for 2 toothbrushes but he provided 4. Asked for 1 towel and he provided an extra just in case. Shows he thinks a few steps ahead. I will definitely return.

Amazing staff and service! The room was very nice.nnOnly reason this isn't a 5 ud83cudf1f review is due to terrible noise cancellation between floors. My wife and i were woken up multiple times by the sounds of furniture moving on the hardwood above us. If the hotel would invest in sound dampening between floors we would love to stay here again.

Fabulous stay from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, clean and have great amenities. The hotel workers are extremely friendly and helpful and they also have a free pickup and drop off service with a 1 mile radius which I found extremely helpful. This hotel is also a 5 minute walk to Greenpoint ferry, which means a $2.75 trip into Manhattan...how can you beat that?!? Would recommend this hotel to anybody, thanks for making our trip the best it could be!!
