1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge

I stayed in the king suite 703 if i remember right. Full view of the financial district. The room was hands down the best room I have ever stayed in flat out. I honestly was shocked at how nice it was. The service was also top notch. I had lost my glasses while staying at Mandarin Oriental and they tried to help but to no avail. Here though, they tracked down a place that could help me out and paid for an uber to bring me there so I could get new glasses that day. This was well above and beyond. I hadn't even been checked in by this point.nnThe rooftop bar is fantastic, as well as the inside bar.nnSo great staff, insanely nice rooms, and even with some very excited neighbors when I was there, I was not bothered by them when in my room, very quiet.nnMy only negative on this place is the little shop on the first floor to get coffee and such. It is pretty bad, but thankfully you are in Brooklyn. A ton of other spots to go so I just avoided it.nnIf you can afford this place, I really recommend it. I hope to visit again this fall.

The 1 Hotel chain never ceases to amaze us! We stayed this past weekend for a few days and our experience was incredible! From the moment we pulled up and were greeted by Omar who helped us coordinate our valet and brought our bags to our room to the friendly and efficient check-in process, the views of the room were gorgeous, the room was so clean, spacious, and well stocked. Juan went above and beyond to help us get dinner reservations and have a chair sent to our room for the hair/makeup artist coming for our photo shoot. The food and service at the cafe and Osprey were great! Everyone greeted us warmly when they saw us throughout the hotel. We highly recommend 1 Hotel and have never had better service. Dumbo is such a fun area and there is always so much to do and see close by or the ferry is right next door and can easily get into Manhattan.

I'm writing this as my stay is still fresh in my memory. Come here for the service! I can't emphasize how important that was—staff that will say hello and not pretend to ignore you. I do believe the restaurants in the hotel really make this location awesome. Of course, you can't forget the views! The place also simply smells amazing.nnHarriet's Rooftop lounge was a delight, great views to accompany a drink with. While one major downside was there was no room service, the Osprey offered great to go food. The black bass and tuna crudo were definitely good quality fare. I would love to go back and stay much longer!

The best place to relax in NY! Incredibly comfortable rooms, delicious food, and exceptional whiskey! The whole family was delighted with the views and swimming pool area. The service is unbeatable, it's always clean and beautiful everywhere! We'll definitely be back!

I have stayed In 1 hotels and have always loved them unfortunately the Brooklyn bridge location lacked in every aspect. When arriving to my room it had a terrible smell of smoke from a kitchen as of something were burning. The whole floor smelled and it was hard to get past that so we were moved to a new floor which also had a bad odor and the room was half of what we had. Essentially downgraded. Staff managed to clean our first room and use a machine to eliminate odor so we can go back to our original room. It worked but then gradually the smell came back. The water in the room comes out cloudy and they expect us to drink this? It is supposed to be filtered but it does not look or taste like it should be consumed.nnI requested my car with the valet phone number as instructed because I had a spa appointment for my anniversary. After 15 minutes I asked the staff and they had called in again to request my car. Another 15 minutes passed and no sign of my car. About 45 minutes into the process I finally received my car and unfortunately did not make my spa appointment on time.nnTruly disappointing experience from start to finish.
