Holiday Inn Express Brooklyn - Kings Hwy

Stayed here due the snowstorm we had here in NYC that prevented movement on the streets. Close proximity to the hospital I work at, but more expensive than the other Holiday in that was about a mile further out. Went to work at 5am, left the I'M BUSY sign on the door handle to let them know not to enter my room. I got back to find things had been moved on my room, toilet paper in the bathroom, trash bags added. Complained to the front desk, checked my belongings, and monetary items missing. I approached the housekeepers this afternoon asking why someone would come in my room when I had the sign on my door? She said if the sign is out, no one would come in. I told her that the cameras would clearly show that someone with a key had entered my room in my absence and that I'm not delusional. Will report to the corporate office. Also, floors needed vacuuming, hair in tub, no towels in the room. Loud. If you're a shift worker who sleeps days and works nights, don't stay here. They also offer no discounts to essential workers, but will steal from you.

There seemed to be an amateur rap contest on my hall as well as a HALO marathon in the room next to me. VERY small rooms and there was no shampoo in my room. I know that it's Brooklyn, but I guess I have higher standards.

Best hotel in Brooklyn. Nicest rooms. Rooms are very clean and had best stay ever . Staff is very courteous and helpful. The holiday inn express 5 star service I m gona come here every weeknI recommend this hotel to everyone in the community

stayed there last week. friendly stay. parking can get a little tight esp on weekends but I enjoyed my stay. also very clean

My husband & I have been here once before but now that we stayed 4 nights we got to experience everything laundry room is 24hrs Fitness room is also amazing only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because on our last night they didn’t have any hot water but other than that the experience was great ud83dudc4dud83cudffe
