Condor Hotel

The front desk staff, and security were very professional and efficient. The location is bomb..I wish the government would lend a helping hand so they could revamp all the rooms because I love it here

I was visiting family in Brooklyn and booked a room for two nights for my 15 yr old daughter and myself over Easter weekend 2021. While the staff were very friendly and helpful, the experience was terrible and we left after one night. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every sound and conversation from the adjoining rooms and hallway. We had to call reception twice to complain about loud music and guests arguing at 3:30am. We also had the pleasure of listening to the sounds of loud sex next door. It was to the point where I was grateful when the very loud HVAC unit kicked in to drown out the other sounds. To their credit the staff did try to address the noise as best they could. I do not recommend this place at all if you would like a good night's sleep, and would never recommend this hotel for families.

Nice quaint place though room and hotel are snug. Service overall is good but def needs improvement with some aspects.. I've parked multiple times in the allocated parking and space can be small, especially for an SUV. Also my parking slot has been given away multiple times during my stay.

The place was actually very nice and tidy. My room wasn't ready at 3 but that was ok. Things happen so I understand. Would return again.

Great location. Clean rooms. Great hospitality. Not a far walk from the subway. A good place to stay if you’re not trying to stay in Manhattan. Would rate it higher if I could.
