Best Western Plus Arena Hotel

My mom stayed here and she lived it. The rooms are spacious, you have everything you need in the room, and they also serve breakfast. No complaints here.

It’s a very small room. Can barely walk around. There’s noticeable stains on the carpet. The sheets were dirty.( thank God I brought my own). The towels were dirty. Tub wasn’t clean. The bed is soft i guess.ud83dude33

Majority of the staff gr8,but a few were ignorant hanging out in the room 403 next door to me AND 407 with me in between in Rm. 405 making ridiculous noises at all times of the day.All receptionist were gr8.I stayed November 2nd to Nov. 5th.Check the cameras & you'll see who was in what room cleaning or whatever for how long.They seriously need to be fired.Wouldve gave 5 stars but for that childishness,no.Not to mention i was going through personal problems of my own,no empathy recieved whatsoever, it was all blahzay & giggles to them.

The concierge was polite, friendly and attentive. I loved the décor and modern design. My room was clean, and tidy. Free Continental breakfast included. I enjoyed a one night stay during the week
