If the staff spoke English I would've saved a lot of money. After finding an English speaking staff member it was already too late. That's very disappointing and not acceptable. Do we still live in America where Roosevelt claimed that we're supposed to have only one language and one flag? The lies from the beginning caught up me off guard since I always treat others the way I like to be treated. Yet deceit and rudeness became managements best tool. Accusations from illiterate staff made my stay miserable and overcharging me since I can't speak Spanish was sickening.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for work. The staff are always incredibly accommodating, from the very nice bar tender to the events coordinators. The hotel definitely prioritized customer service and offers a comfortable stay for a great price.

Really like this place haven't been there for a while actually I wasn't sure it was still there I just took a chance maybe somebody else would like to take a chance and give their comment try it you might like it!

Not the best place, but not the worst. Clean rooms for people. They do not negotiate well for long term stay. Had friends stay over night from out of town. Being on Central Avenue makes it loud. Recommend for long term stay, no! I recommend people to stay here on over nights when they're in-and-out of White Plains. The places pretty well!
