Southampton Long Island Hotel - Your Southampton Escape

I give this hotel 5 out of 5 not because it is by any means a 5 start hotel but because for what it is they do a great job. This is a place to stay and not a resort. That said, it is comfortable, clean and the rooms are spacious, pretty and clean. There is a little sitting area outside each room with cute furniture and outdoor light. It is a great spot to enjoy a drink (BYOB) before going to dinner, after the beach or to sit with the morning paper and coffee. It is conveniently located (a short drive) to shopping, restaurant and beaches. The staff is as nice as can be and super helpful. It's the perfect place for a night or 2. It's a sweet, local, small hotel on a main road that has done a wonderful job making guests feel at home.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and hope to stay again soon! A beautiful, comfortable room with a essential amenities. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Bravo!

Horrible place. Refused to give refunds during a global pandemic when booked MONTHS prior before anyone knew this would happen. I would understand loosing my deposit if I cancelled for any other reason HOWEVER the day I was supposed to go was at the height of the pandemic when everything was closed. They had the nerve to tell me that they were still opened so I was welcome to come stay. Are you kidding me. Horrendous costumer service. Friend of mine is having her wedding out there and has informed all of her guests to NOT stay at this hotel. I live on the island and will continue to spread the word of how terrible this place is.

Not a five star. Just to get over your need

We spent most of our time by the fabulous pool! The servers there were amazing.
