This place is perfect. The owner's formula is simple. Clean and quiet, older but not worn. No coffee maker, fridge, microwave or lock safe or millennial style upgrades? Who cares. Ken could probably convert to state-of-the-art but the rates would then increase. One of the best lodging places you'll find in all of New York State.

Good stuff. Something in the carpet make my feet burn. The beds were good quality but way to firm for me
