Dirty,roaches,bedbugs,doesn't fix anything

Horrible place lots of drugs and drunks I would never ever stay

Badly needs an exterminator. But the ppl I know that live there are decent folk

This would be a ZERO STAR review, but it can't be posted unless you give it something, so here's a 1.nnThis place is a joke. Room 12 OBVIOUSLY had a water spot in the bathroom ceiling and it began to leak. When maintenance was told about it, his response was that he was told to put rock salt on the roof. CONGRATULATIONS! Now there is a waterfall in the bathroom and they are doing nothing about it! Drywall is busted around the switches in the bathroom and there are markings all over the walls.nAlso, packaging tape was put over a crack in the picture window.nThe door casing is pulling apart, and the door doesn't even shut correctly, leaving a gap at the top. Pieces of plywood are used to form a stop for the door when it closes. Spray foam pushes into the room from around the jamb.nAn electrical outlet is canted off-center, a sign that it isn't mounted correctly.nThe air conditioner has ONE nail that can be seen holding it in place.nThe only light fixture in the entire place is in the bathroom, with a lamp in the main room. Markings on the ceiling indicate where an overhead light USED TO BE mounted.nThere are holes in various places in the walls.nRoaches and bedbugs want to share your space!nFIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY!!! The current resident is being charged $600.00 a month!
